Part-Time Receptionist to join our front-of-house team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable stays by delivering outstanding customer service from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional approach.
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle reservations, telephone enquiries, and email correspondence.
- Process payments and maintain accurate guest records.
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services.
- Work closely with the housekeeping and food & beverage teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Resolve guest queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area.
What We're Looking For
- Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident using computer systems and learning new software.
- A reliable team player with a flexible approach to working hours.
Availability
- Weekend availability is essential.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
