We're looking for a General Assistant to join the founding team of a brand-new FIKA location in the heart of the City.
This is an exciting opportunity to help launch a new site from day one, working in a beautifully designed environment delivering an outstanding food and hospitality experience for a prestigious corporate client.
Serving pastries, snacks, fruit, breakfast options and hospitality refreshments, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for customers throughout the day.

The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Setting up and maintaining food displays throughout the day
- Preparing and replenishing breakfast and refreshment areas
- Supporting hospitality and meeting room service
- Washing and turning around crockery, glassware and cutlery
- Restocking products and supplies
- Collecting deliveries from the loading bay
- Maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Supporting the coffee bar operation when required
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Working closely with the Site Manager and Barista to deliver a seamless customer experience
As part of a small team, no two days will be exactly the same. You'll have the opportunity to get involved in all aspects of the operation and help shape the culture of a brand-new site.

Previous hospitality, catering, café or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential. We can teach the skills – we're looking for the right attitude and personality.
