We are looking for an experienced Laser Operator to join our clients team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in operating laser cutting machinery, with a focus on precision sheet metal fabrication. Key Responsibilities
- Operate laser cutting machinery to fabricate sheet metal components according to engineering specifications.
- Ensure precise cutting and forming of materials to meet exact tolerances.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring they meet required standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised working environment.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe workplace.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience as a Laser Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines.
