Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Fryer/Server to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items, ensuring high standards of food safety and quality, and delivering excellent customer service. This role offers an opportunity to develop culinary skills within a fast-paced setting.
Duties
- Prepare and cook food items using fryers and other kitchen equipment in accordance with established standards
- Serve customers efficiently and courteously, taking orders and serving food to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including sanitising work surfaces and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols at all times, including proper handling, storage, and disposal of ingredients
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Work well within a team and great communication skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is preferable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Friendly, approachable manner with excellent communication skills
This role is for Friday and Saturday evenings from 5pm-9pm.
No guaranteed hours!
Would suit someone who is still at school and looking a weekend job for roughly 4-8 hours a week.
Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
