Softplay/ Party Host/ Receptionist Staff

We're a family-run soft play and café business looking for Soft Play Team Members / Party Host / Receptionist to join our friendly team!

What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers and checking in play sessions
- Managing reception and bookings
- Hosting children's birthday parties
- Serving food and drinks from our café
- Keeping the centre clean, safe, and presentable
- Providing excellent customer service to families
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
- An understanding of the importance of safeguarding and child welfare
- A commitment to creating a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for children and families
What We're Looking For
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliable, hardworking, and flexible
- Comfortable working in a busy family environment
- Confident interacting with children and parents
- Previous hospitality, customer service, childcare, or soft play experience is beneficial but not essential
- Must be flexible and available to work weekends, school holidays, and bank holidays, as these are our busiest times.
