We are looking for a full time Assistant Psychologist to join the CAMHS Crisis and Home treatment team (Oxon). working with Children and Adolescents with mental health difficulties. This role is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Psychologist to work alongside a multi disciplinary team, who have a reputation for their strong team work ethos and excellent delivery of care.
The CAMHS Crisis and Home treatment team, are a team of professionals from different professional backgrounds working towards the same goal and within the wider community team, sharing joint team structures such as team meetings and complex case discussions.
Under regular supervision from a Senior Clinical Psychologist, you will develop skills to support and enhance the professional psychological care of clients within the service, across all sectors of care including assessment and evidenced based psychological, intensive home based interventions.
In addition, you will support the service in areas of development of service evaluation and any other projects that are appropriate to the role, for example participation in audit, service evaluation and service development projects.

The successful candidate will have a genuine interest and experience in working with young people with mental health problems. In addition, they will demonstrate good communication skills, be very organised, flexible and IT literate (proficient with MS Office, including MS Excel abilities).
