Entrance Access Solutions (EAS) is an independent, family-owned business specialising in the installation, repair and maintenance of Industrial Doors, Roller Shutters, Sectional Doors, High-Speed Doors, Steel Doors, Automatic Doors and Aluminium Shopfronts.
Since our formation in 2014, we have built a strong reputation for quality, reliability and customer service, growing into one of Scotland’s leading independent door companies. We also manufacture our own aluminium shopfronts and entrances from our facility in East Kilbride.

The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a experienced Industrial Door Engineers to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, repair and maintenance of a wide range of industrial door systems across Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, servicing and repair of industrial door systems from various manufacturers
- Fault finding and problem solving on site
- Always providing excellent customer service
- Completing job documentation using our digital field management system
- Communicating effectively with customers, colleagues and office staff
- Working independently and as part of a team
- Ensuring all work is carried out safely and to a high standard
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- Experience installing, servicing and repairing industrial door systems including Roller Shutters, Sectional Doors, High Speed Doors and Steel Doors
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with a variety of industrial door manufacturers
- IPAF and PASMA certifications
- Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
- DHF qualifications and accreditations
- CSCS Card

Holiday Entitlement
- 28 days annual leave to be used at your discretion
- With an additional 4 days leave every year as Christmas Day, Boxing Day, 1st January and 2nd January are given on-top of your allowance

Pay: £38,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
