C1E Car Transporter Driver
Salary: £36,000 per year + potential £200 per month bonus
We are looking for a reliable, professional and experienced C1E Driver to join our team, delivering and collecting cars throughout the UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of vehicles, including collecting and delivering cars from customers, dealerships and other locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering and collecting cars using a truck and trailer
- Loading, unloading and securely strapping vehicles
- Carrying out daily vehicle and trailer safety checks
- Completing delivery and collection paperwork
- Ensuring vehicles are transported safely and securely
- Following planned routes and delivery schedules
- Providing excellent customer service when dealing with customers and dealerships
- Complying with all relevant road transport, drivers' hours and tachograph regulations
- Keeping the vehicle clean and reporting any defects or issues promptly
Requirements
- Full UK C1E driving licence
- C1E licence with restriction code 107 accepted
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous professional driving experience
- Previous truck and trailer experience preferred
- Good knowledge of UK roads
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong focus on safety and care of vehicles
Salary & Bonus
£36,000 per year, with the opportunity to earn an additional £200 per month bonus, subject to meeting the company's bonus criteria.
This is a full-time position with regular work and the opportunity to become part of a professional and growing team.
C1E (107) licence holders are welcome to apply, provided the vehicle and trailer combination used falls within the permitted 8,250 kg combined MAM entitlement.
