Located in the lovely Hampshire village of Hambleton, the Vine Inn is a fabulous village road-side pub. The beautiful building has been tastefully renovated in a traditional style throughout, and has a living well inside the pub at the back which you customers can look down, a truly unique feature! The Vine also benefits from being the only pub in the village.
The Vine is a central bar trading floor pub with segregated areas, and an old fireplace. On entering, to the left and right there are dining and drinking areas and at the rear of the bar you have a small drinking and games area. Outside there is a small easy to maintain pub garden and shelter.
The Vine Inn has a full catering kitchen to enable a good pub food offering to locals and tourists alike. We are looking for an experienced food operator to continue to build on the success at the Vine Inn. The successful operator will also be passionate about maintaining the partnerships already built within the village.
What’s in it for you?
- 30% share of weekly wet sales, excluding VAT
