About You
- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and complaint-handling skills
- Confident with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Organised, calm under pressure, and detail-focused
- Positive, proactive, and people-oriented
- Soft sales experience is an advantage
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
