We currently recruiting for the job role of Administrative assistant. The successful candidate will work alongside the team to successfully deliver projects to a high standard.
The main duties will include:
- Liaising with clients, sales team and install teams for scheduling projects, aftercare and documentation.
- Logging job reports and evidence onto a drive.
- Actively participate in any training and personnel exercises designed to improve standards and performance levels.
- Assisting with all other reasonable duties.
- Attend monthly team meetings
The successful applicants skills must include:

- Strong IT skills
- Ability to manage workload and work under pressure
- Enjoy working as part of a team
Experience in an office based/professional services environment is desirable but not essential. Training can be provided.
Role will be for 20 hours initially with the potential of adding additional hours in the future.
