The Witham is seeking an experienced Marketing & Audience Development Consultant to develop a new Marketing and Audience Development Strategy that will help grow audiences, increase participation and support long-term sustainability.
Working with our Marketing Manager and project team, you will review existing marketing activity, analyse audience data, undertake audience consultation, and produce a practical strategy and action plan. The commission also includes three months of support to help implement key recommendations.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience developing marketing and audience development strategies
- Knowledge of the arts, cultural and heritage sector
- Strong audience insight and campaign planning skills
- Understanding of emerging communications trends and AI
Pay: £9,900.00 per year
