About the Role
We are looking for driven, people focused individuals to join our team as Leadership & Management Trainees. This is an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in fast-paced, people-led environments and are looking to build a career in leadership, business development and management.
Through structured training and hands on experience, you will develop key skills in team leadership, client representation, and campaign management, with clear progression opportunities into senior leadership roles.

Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating others to deliver outstanding results
- Supporting and executing client sales and marketing campaigns
- Engaging with customers to promote products and services
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Delivering a high-quality brand experience in line with client expectations
- Representing the company with professionalism and confidence
- Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and campaign goals
Qualifications
Previous experience in a people-focused, fast-paced, or target-driven environment is beneficial but not required
