Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Conducting viewings and providing feedback to clients.
- Calling through applicants and enquiries to generate viewings.
- Maintaining and organising a structured diary.
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Confidence in engaging with clients at various levels of seniority.
- Professional demeanour with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
