Construction Project Manager
Salary: £42,000 – £55,200 per annum (depending on qualifications, experience and industry expertise)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Job Overview
TMAZZ Limited is a specialist engineering and infrastructure consultancy providing site management, project management, health and safety oversight, consultancy and technical support services within high-voltage electricity transmission, distribution, utilities and construction environments.
As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of civil and electrical engineering projects within high-voltage environments and support the expansion of the business across the UK energy and infrastructure sector.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage civil and electrical engineering projects from mobilisation through to completion.
- Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and in accordance with client requirements.
- Monitor compliance with CDM Regulations 2015, Health and Safety legislation and industry standards.
- Oversee project documentation, permits, risk assessments, method statements and site compliance records.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, utility companies and project stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Support mobilisation of new contracts and future project opportunities.
- Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Assist with workforce planning and resource allocation across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing civil and electrical engineering projects.
- Experience within electricity transmission, distribution, utilities, infrastructure or construction sectors.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
- SMSTS Certification.
- CSCS Card.
- 3-Day First Aid at Work Certification.
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements within high-voltage environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable
- Temporary Works Coordinator Training Certificate (TWCTC).
- National Grid Person, BESC AME, CAT1 or equivalent authorisation.
- Experience working on high-voltage substations and infrastructure projects.
- Experience using project management and reporting software.
