We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrician specializing in boiler wiring to join our dynamic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems related to boilers and associated equipment. Your expertise will ensure the safe and efficient operation of boiler systems, contributing to the overall safety and reliability of our facilities. Duties
- Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring and components specific to boiler systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.
- Conduct routine maintenance on boilers, electrical panels, CCTV systems, and related IT infrastructure to prevent downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues within boiler wiring, including diagnosing faults with precision and implementing effective solutions promptly.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to coordinate repairs, upgrades, and installations of electrical systems associated with boilers.
- Support the integration of CCTV surveillance systems and IT networks related to facility security and monitoring.
- Maintain detailed records of all electrical work performed, including inspections, repairs, and upgrades for compliance purposes.
- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to provide updates on work progress or technical issues requiring attention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an electrician with a focus on boiler wiring or industrial electrical systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations, and best practices in boiler system wiring.
- Ability to read technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints accurately.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for site visits or off-site troubleshooting.
- Experience working with CCTV systems, IT infrastructure, or maintenance of complex electrical networks is highly desirable.
- Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and system optimization.
