Job Title: Cover Supervisor – Secondary School

NOW Education is currently recruiting a dedicated and experienced Cover Supervisor to work with a variety of secondary schools in and around Dudley. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about education and confident in managing a classroom environment at Key Stage 3 and 4 level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising lessons in the absence of teaching staff, ensuring students remain on task with the work set.
- Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
- Delivering pre-planned lessons and providing support where needed.
- Supporting students’ learning and maintaining a positive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a UK school setting is essential.
- A degree in any subject.
- Strong behaviour management skills and the confidence to lead classes independently.
- Experience delivering work to Key Stage 3 or Key Stage 4 students.
- A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one through NOW Education.
- Prior experience working in a UK secondary school is highly desirable.
