Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks
- Maintain organised records and files to facilitate easy retrieval of information
- Support financial processes using QuickBooks for invoicing and expense tracking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Experience
- Previous office experience is essential, demonstrating familiarity with administrative tasks
- Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is required
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous clerical experience will be advantageous
