Responsibilities
- Assist with roofing installation and repair projects to ensure quality workmanship.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Support the team with heavy lifting and material handling.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with hand tools, power tools, and roofing activities.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards.
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
- Physical fitness to handle demanding tasks.
- Prior experience in construction/roofing is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt on-site.
