Are you friendly, reliable, and passionate about great guest service? Holiday Inn Express Dunstable is seeking a full-time Night Guest Service Assistant to join our team on a permanent basis.
Key Details:
- Location: Holiday Inn Express, London Rd, Dunstable LU6 3DX
- Pay: £26,450.00 per year (paid monthly)
- Contract: Full-time, permanent, subject to satisfactory completion of a 3-month probationary period
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shifts: 22:45–07:15 (inclusive of a 30-minute unpaid break), 5 shifts per week on a rota basis, including weekends and bank holidays

- Must be able to reliably travel to/from LU6 3DX for the specified night shifts
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience at reception and throughout the hotel
- Manage overnight tasks: check-ins/outs, audit duties, guest queries, floor checks, safety and security
- Support with breakfast and bar set-up, general overnight duties, and guest requests
- Maintain high brand, customer service, and cleanliness standards
About You:
- Customer service experience preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills and fluent in English
- Able to work independently and use initiative
- Reliable and committed to a consistent night shift pattern, with flexibility to support the team when needed
- Must be eligible to work in the UK and able to provide references
