Job Title: Office Coordinator / Office Administrator (Full-Time)
Overview
Widelinets Communications Ltd. is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our daily business operations in Cowdenbeath. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working with people, and ensuring that office processes run smoothly.
You will play a key role in supporting multiple teams, managing administrative tasks, and helping create an efficient and positive working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative activities
- Manage schedules, meetings, and internal communications
- Maintain accurate records, documents, and filing systems
- Support staff with administrative and operational needs
- Handle incoming enquiries, emails, and correspondence
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and document preparation
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed
- Support basic project coordination and task tracking
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or office assistant role preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
