About the Role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the planning and delivery of multiple projects across the EMEA region, helping ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest standard.
This is a varied role combining project coordination, customer communication, scheduling, budgeting and on-site project support.
Initially, you’ll spend time learning how our projects are delivered on-site alongside experienced engineers and Project Managers. This hands-on experience is an important part of understanding installation quality, project timelines and customer expectations.
As your experience grows, your responsibilities will include: -
- Coordinating multiple projects simultaneously across EMEA
- Managing schedules, resources and logistics
- Supporting project budgeting and cost tracking
- Communicating with customers, suppliers and engineering teams
- Ensuring project documentation is accurate and up to date
- Supporting quality control and successful project delivery
- Visiting customer sites throughout the UK, Europe and occasionally the Middle East

Working Pattern & Travel
This is a hybrid role with a combination of work based at our offices in 46 Woodstock Rd, Oxford OX2 6HT alongside either working from home or at customer sites. Ideally you will reside within an easily commutable distance from this address.
Regular travel is required throughout the UK and Europe, with occasional trips to the Middle East. Travel durations can vary from short trips of 1–2 days to longer periods on-site when required.
All work-related travel, accommodation and expenses are fully covered by the company.

Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and own transport

- Previous demonstrable experience within the structured cabling industry
