As a full-time Learning Support Tutor working from our offices in Chorley, Lancashire, you’d be responsible for engaging with our students remotely, via phone, email, and video call, ensuring that they are making good progress with their learning, and answering any specific technical and course content-related questions that they have. You’ll need to be a strong communicator, friendly, approachable, and above all, passionate about making a meaningful difference to the lives of others.
Day-to-day, you’ll be required to work closely with a diverse group of learners, from those taking their first steps in the industry to veteran instructors looking to develop more knowledge and skills to advance their fitness industry careers. Every student really is an individual, so you’ll need to be able to have strong people skills to be able to relate positively with them, delivering a learning and education service that truly meets their needs.
The successful applicant will benefit from ongoing training and professional development opportunities and will also get the chance to be involved in other exciting course development and marketing projects. While the day-to-day is about supporting learners on their Pilates and group exercise teacher training journey, there are no shortage of opportunities to get involved in other interesting projects.
