We're looking for an energetic, resilient and motivated Telesales Agent to join our growing lead generation team. Your role will be to speak with potential customers, qualify their interest, and generate high-quality leads for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Follow proven scripts while building natural conversations.
- Qualify customers against set criteria.
- Generate high-quality, compliant leads.
- Accurately update our CRM after every conversation.
- Follow up with prospects where required.
- Work towards daily and weekly lead generation targets.
- Contribute to a positive, motivated team environment.
Commission Structure
In addition to your £26,000 annual salary, you'll earn uncapped commission based on the number of paid leads you generate each week.

Salary + £127.50
20 Paid Leads £8.50 per lead
Salary + £170.00
25+ Paid Leads £15.00 per lead
25 leads = £375.00 commission
There is no cap on commission, so the more paid leads you generate, the more you earn.
Requirements
- Previous telesales or lead generation experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude with resilience to overcome objections.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems.
- Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
