Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.
- Supervise and support kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Manage food preparation and production processes to ensure timely service.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Assist in training new staff members and developing existing team skills.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers as needed.

- Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a busy kitchen or restaurant setting.
