Hendry Hydraulics Ltd currently have a vacancy for a Sales Co-Ordinator for its manufacturing facility in Elgin ,Morayshire. Salary dependant on experience.
The role requires the following .
- Processing of all sales orders
- Acknowledgement of orders to clients
- Inform clients of any delays or problems
- Maintain and update sales and customer records
- Ensure prices are correct in ERP system
- Assisting with customer quotes
- Experience an advantage but not essential in ERP /MRP systems , training would be provided
- Proficient using Microsoft 365
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Assist Production Manager when required
- Provide holiday cover to other departments when required
