Site Operative / Valeter – Motor Trade (Wakefield)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Site Operative/Valeter to join our team at Volvo Wakefield. This is a fast-paced and varied role that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Essentials (You Must Have):
- Full, valid driving licence
- Strong team player
- Excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure vehicles are immaculately presented for cars being delivered/collected by our customers
- Managing site logistics to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Preparing vehicles to a high standard to be placed on our premises
- Work closely with the sales and admin team to ensure the correct vehicle is prepared and ready
About You:
- A positive can-do attitude
- Self motivation and reliability
- A commitment to delivering high standards and quality work
- Previous valeting experience (desirable but not essential)
