We are the owners of 59 residential parks across England and Wales. We have an exciting opportunity for a park manager to manage our parks in Hullbridge.

Hours: 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm
Park Manager Responsibilities:-
. Reports direct to the Area Manager
· General Management of the park
· Managing and supporting the park and grounds maintenance team
· Carrying out parks and grounds maintenance
. Managing and supporting the parks administration team
· To be appointed as the “Fit and Proper Person” for the park, in accordance with legislation
· Dealing with resident queries
· Managing compliance of the park rules
· Ensuring smooth day to day running of the park
· Dealing with out of hours emergency call outs
· Any other duties deemed necessary
Experience required:-
. Experience of managing a team
. Experience of grounds Maintenance
. IT literate
. Customer service
. Driving Licence
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
