We're looking for passionate, personable and hospitality-driven VIP Hosts to join our dedicated Hospitality team, delivering exceptional guest experiences that create unforgettable memories.
Whether you're welcoming guests at our exclusive VIP Desk, hosting in the Eye Lounge Bar, or delivering one of our premium hospitality experiences, you'll be the face of our VIP offering. Every interaction is an opportunity to exceed expectations through warm, personalised service and genuine hospitality.
What you'll be doing

Delivering exceptional, personalised guest experiences across all VIP hospitality areas, including the VIP Desk, Eye Lounge Bar and our portfolio of premium experiences.

Welcoming guests with confidence, warmth and professionalism, ensuring every visit feels seamless from arrival to departure.

Creating memorable moments by anticipating guest needs and consistently exceeding expectations.

Providing knowledgeable recommendations, answering guest enquiries and resolving issues with empathy, confidence and professionalism.
