Assistant Manager/Kitchen Manager – Fast-Growing Taco Business (North London)
We are looking for a strong, hands-on Manager to take control of a busy and growing Mexican street food business.
This is not a passive role.
We need someone who can lead, organise, and enforce high standards in a fast-paced environment.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for running the day-to-day operation of the shop:
- Leading shifts and taking full control of service
- Managing and correcting team performance in real time
- Ensuring speed, consistency, and quality under pressure
- Enforcing hygiene, organisation, and food standards at all times
- Controlling staff hours, breaks, and productivity
- Identifying problems and solving them immediately
- Maintaining discipline and structure across the team
