We are a small construction company & we have been operating in the Somerset area for over 30 years. Our scope of works include general domestic building works, commercial works as well as local council works (mainly school related projects).
Requirements
We are looking for a full time Administrator for our busy office based in Wellington, Somerset.
Duties are varied & include:
· Liaison & working closely with MD
· Answering & logging telephone & email enquiries
· Producing & maintaining spreadsheets, preparing quotes & tenders as well as a variety of other important works documentation
Producing & maintaining manual & electronic files/records
Essential Requirements
· Proven ability to prioritise workload with excellent organisational skills
· Ability to work to deadlines & against often conflicting deadlines
· This is a customer facing role & therefore good communication skills are required
· Proven experience of Microsoft products (Word, Excel) ideally to an advanced level
· Proven ability to work well on your own as well as part of a team
· We are looking for someone who is keen, willing & flexible to work in a small busy environment
