Role Summary
As our Breakfast Chef, you will be at the heart of the morning service, ensuring guests enjoy a delicious and satisfying start to their day. You'll prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, manage your section efficiently, and work alongside the wider kitchen team to provide a memorable guest experience. The role also includes preparing staff meals to support our busy team. With early starts and evenings off, this position is perfectly suited to those who thrive in the mornings and want time to enjoy the spectacular Langdale Valley after work.
Key Responsibilities
Take charge of your section, working autonomously and managing prep efficiently.
Consistently produce high‑quality dishes in line with service and product standards.
Perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised workspace.
Prepare, cook, and present food to specification.
Monitor stock levels to keep your station running smoothly.
