Overview:
We are seeking a Chef/Cook to join our team in preparing delicious high-quality, freshly prepared dishes for The Mill Pub. The ideal candidate will have experience in a busy kitchen, ideally in a pub setting
You will be responsible for maintaining our 5* food hygiene scores, as well as monitoring and recording in line with health and safety/food hygiene legislation. You will be responsible for monitoring, ordering and rotating stock, as well as monitoring and identifying weak and strong dishes that may need improving or celebrating.
We will support your flair, ideas and aspirations and will do our best to help you do the best for you and for us.
