Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs to recommend suitable vehicle options
- Conduct engaging product presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and financing options
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and personalized service
- Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with professional phone etiquette
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress
- Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, accessories, or maintenance packages to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, test drives, and transactions to ensure seamless follow-up and service continuity
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or retail automotive sales with a focus on customer engagement
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities that enhance communication with diverse clientele
- Strong sales management skills to handle multiple leads and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication skills with clear, persuasive speaking and active listening abilities
- Demonstrated upselling techniques to increase revenue per customer while maintaining trust
- Exceptional organizational skills for managing appointments, follow-ups, and CRM data accurately
- Knowledge of CRM software platforms to streamline customer management processes
