We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive service coordinator to manage the daily coordination of service and call out for mobile plant & equipment fire suppression systems.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day duties will involve, but are not restricted to:
- Prepare all quotations for fire suppression systems service and repairs.
- Planning of the service team and booking of all service, repairs, and call outs.
- Completion and distribution of all job specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).
- Prepare and distribute all service , call out, and repair invoices to customers.
Key Requirements and Skills
- Organisation & Detail: High accuracy is needed when scheduling works, assigning engineers & invoicing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for negotiating and problem-solving with suppliers.
- IT Literacy: Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel) and inventory management software.
- Attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
