Good with properties. Even better with people.
Glasgow City Centre | £28,000–£32,000 DOE | Full-time, permanent
Do you know your PRT from your EPC? Can you keep a cool head when a tenant, landlord and contractor all need an answer at once?
You could be exactly who we’re looking for.
We are an established, family-run property company managing residential homes across Glasgow City Centre and the West End. We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and building strong relationships.
This is a busy and varied role. You’ll join a friendly, supportive team where people work together and your contribution genuinely matters.
You might be our person if you:
- Have at least two years’ experience in Scottish residential lettings or property management
- Understand Scottish PRT legislation and residential property compliance
- Are organised, confident and good at keeping several plates spinning
- Communicate well with landlords, tenants, contractors and colleagues
- Take ownership of problems and follow them through to a solution
- Can be friendly and approachable while remaining firm when necessary
- Enjoy helping less experienced colleagues develop
- Want a role with genuine scope to progress
You’ll manage your own portfolio and oversee the tenancy journey from application to move-out. Along the way, you’ll handle maintenance, compliance, rent accounts, and the occasional unexpected plot twist—because property management is rarely dull.
Experience with SME Professional, Fixflo or similar software would be helpful, but it isn’t essential.
A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
What’s in it for you?
- Salary of £28,000–£32,000, depending on experience
- Private health insurance
- Mileage allowance if using your own vehicle for business
- Monday-to-Friday working
- Genuine opportunities for career progression
- Sponsored professional qualifications for the right candidate
- Ongoing training and development
- A supportive, close-knit team
- A varied role with real responsibility and very few boring days
We’d love to hear from you—even if your CV isn’t perfect but the role sounds like it could be.
