The Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistants to join our dynamic Catering & Hospitality team at Stadium MK and DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to work across a variety of food and beverage outlets including bars, restaurants, conferences, events, kiosks, hospitality areas, and room service operations within one of Milton Keynes’ leading hospitality and events venue
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests and visitors Prepare and set up hospitality areas, bars, restaurants, kiosks, and event spaces
Provide food and beverage service across multiple F&B department Take customer orders and process payments using EPOS systems
Maintain excellent cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards Support the opening and closing of bars, restaurants, and cellar areas
Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
Work collaboratively as part of a flexible and professional team
Maximise guest experience through positive engagement and up-selling opportunities What We’re Looking For: Excellent customer service and communication skills

Pay: £12.71 per hour
