Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic F&B (Food & Beverage) Area Manager to lead our operations across Scotland. Duties
- Lead and manage multiple F&B outlets across the region, ensuring seamless daily operations and consistent delivery of outstanding guest experiences
- Supervise and support venue managers and team members, promoting a positive work environment focused on teamwork, development, and high performance
- Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor service quality standards, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Drive sales growth through innovative marketing initiatives, menu improvements, and exceptional service standards
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and training opportunities to foster leadership skills within your team
- Collaborate with head office stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to meet regional goals
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within the hospitality or food & beverage industry, demonstrating strong management capabilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams and cultivate a collaborative work environment
- Experience managing multiple venues or locations simultaneously is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of health & safety standards relevant to food service operations
