Registered Manager – children’s residential
Location: Burnley, Lancashire
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + salary increase following registration
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Shire are working in partnership with an established children’s residential provider to recruit a Registered Manager for an EBD children’s home in Burnley. The home has been open for a number of years and the young people are very settled.
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience within children’s residential EBD services
- Management experience within residential childcare
- Ability to successfully complete Ofsted registration
- Level 5 qualification or willingness to complete
- Full UK driving licence ideally
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations
