Host / Hostess – Restaurant
We are looking for a friendly, confident and well-presented Host/Hostess to join our restaurant team.
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment customers arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly smile
- Show guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortably seated
- Present menus and provide basic information about the restaurant
- Manage guest arrivals and assist with seating arrangements
- Communicate effectively with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a professional, positive and welcoming attitude at all times
- Help create an excellent first impression and overall guest experience
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, polite and confident personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Well-presented and professional appearance
- Good communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and organised during busy service
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Working Hours
Weekdays: 18:00 – 21:00
Saturday: 12:00 – 22:00
Sunday: 12:00 – 20:00
