Job Summary:
McNamara Corporate Services Ltd. is looking for a Corporate Performance Coordinator to help the organisation understand how its teams, services, and business activities are performing. This role will gather operational information, maintain performance measures, and turn results into clear updates that support management decisions and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate regular collection of performance information from business teams
- Maintain corporate measures, targets, and reporting schedules
- Review operational results and highlight notable trends or variances
- Produce clear performance dashboards, summaries, and management updates
- Follow up with teams on agreed actions and improvement priorities
- Assist managers with defining practical performance measures
- Check submitted information for consistency and completeness
- Support periodic business reviews and performance discussions
- Track progress against organisational objectives and service commitments
- Help identify areas where processes or outcomes could be improved
- Keep performance records and supporting documentation organised and current
Requirements:
- Experience in performance reporting, business support, operations, data coordination, administration, business analysis, or a related field
- Comfortable working with figures, reports, and operational information
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Ability to present information in an understandable format
- Confident using spreadsheets and standard business software
- Able to work with colleagues across different functions
- Experience with dashboards or reporting tools is helpful but not essential
- Relevant qualifications are welcomed, while transferable professional experience will also be considered

Pay: £41,000.00 per year
