Permanent, part time, 22 hours per week.
We are looking for an experienced, motivated, flexible and enthusiastic support staff to join our team to provide care and support to individuals with a learning disability, in a short break setting.
You will be required to work with the team to provide sensitive care and guidance to service users in areas of personal care, daily living, health, social integration, and emotional support.
Contribute towards the monitoring and assessment of service users plans, reviews and assessment of risks, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and procedures in line with Care Quality Commission Essential Standards of Quality and Safety.
Good communication skills are essential, and you will need to have the ability to use your own initiative and work unsupervised while out with service users in a community setting.
You will be required to work on a rota system, days, afternoons & nights over a 7-day week which includes, weekends and bank holidays.
