We’re 1 Lombard Street – a lively brasserie right in the heart of the City – and we’re looking for a Line Cook to join our kitchen crew.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Cooking up tasty, fresh food during busy services
- Keeping your station clean, organised, and ready for action
- Helping out with prep and staying one step ahead
- Working closely with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly
- Staying cool under pressure (even when orders are flying in)
WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has some experience working in a busy kitchen (but we’re happy to train the right person)
- Wants to learn and progress in the kitchen
- Loves food, cooking, and working as part of a team
- Shows up on time, with a good attitude and ready to go
- Can handle a bit of heat and fast-paced service
- Takes pride in doing things properly
