Beauty Therapist – Waxing, Facials & Massage
£14.50–£18.00 per hour (DOE), plus uncapped commission and tips

Queen B Luxury Nail and Beauty Lounge is a multi award-winning, standards-led salon in South Croydon — now in our 10th year and a Scratch Stars Awards 2026 Finalist for Nail and Beauty Salon of the Year. We're hiring experienced Beauty Therapists to deliver waxing, facials and massage treatments to a loyal, established guest base.
This isn't a training role. You already know how to run a consultation, deliver core treatments properly, and manage a column with confidence — we'll give you the systems and support to do it the Queen B way.
What you'll do
- Deliver waxing (including intimate), results-focused facials and massage to a consistently high standard
- Run proper consultations and adapt treatments to guest needs and contraindications
- Keep hygiene and sterilisation standards non-negotiable
- Manage your column professionally and build guest relationships that rebook
- Recommend aftercare and retail where it genuinely helps the guest
What we're looking for
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent Ofqual-regulated Level 3 qualification (e.g. VTCT, City & Guilds). ABT accreditation and other non-Ofqual certificates do not meet this requirement.
- Minimum 3 years' recent salon, spa or clinic experience working in a similar role
- Confident, independent in waxing, facials and massage — not still building core skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Availability across our Tuesday–Sunday rota, including late evenings (Thursday and Friday) and weekends
Bonus : Experience in: Men's intimate waxing, pregnancy or hot stone massage, lash lifts/brow lamination, Dermalux LED, or natural nail care.
- Permanent employed contract with holiday and pension
