Position: Registered Manager – Care Home

Location: Near Snodland, Kent

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Bonus

Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for a new opportunity with a growing organisation that offers genuine career progression?

We are recruiting for a medium sized care organisation seeking a strong, proactive manager to lead their care home near Snodland, Kent.

What my client is looking for:

· Proven care management experience

· NVQ Level 5 or equivalent

· Strong leadership and communication skills

· A proactive, hands on approach

· Ideally, turnaround experience

· A stable career history with good longevity in previous roles

· Strong knowledge of CQC and care home standards

· Ideallya care home management background

· Strong domiciliary managers will also be considered
