£26,000 per year + 23p per mile (paid on top)

The Role
You’ll support people in their own homes across Mid & East Devon, including:
Honiton, Tiverton, Cullompton and surrounding villages
You’ll help individuals stay independent, safe and comfortable in the communities they love — building real relationships and making a difference every day.
What your rota includes
Your fixed rota will include a mix of:
- Morning shifts
- Evening shifts
- Alternate weekends (required)
This ensures a fair and balanced schedule across the team while giving you predictability to plan your life.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing kind, respectful personal care
- Supporting with meals, medication and daily routines
- Helping with light household tasks
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Recording visits using our simple digital care app
