About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. You’ll be responsible for managing service operations across food and beverage outlets, supporting events such as weddings and private functions, and leading a motivated team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily food and beverage service operations
- Lead and support front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards
- Coordinate and manage weddings, events, and private functions
- Serve food and beverages when required, ensuring quality and presentation
- Assist in staff training and development
- Monitor inventory and liaise with suppliers as needed
- Address customer queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality (preferred)
- Strong team leadership and communication skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
