Part-Time Production & Warehouse Assistant
£12.71 per hour | 25 hours per week | Potential to Progress to Full-Time
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and detail-focused Production & Warehouse Assistant to join our growing branding and printing business.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you will help create, prepare and dispatch high-quality personalised products for our customers. You will work as part of a friendly and supportive team in a fast-paced production environment where no two days are exactly the same.
The position will initially be part-time at 25 hours per week, with the opportunity for the role to develop into a full-time position as the business continues to grow. Additional overtime may also be available during busy periods.
This position would suit someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys practical tasks and can maintain excellent standards while working to daily deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and produce personalised products to a consistently high standard
- Operate production equipment and machinery, with full training provided
- Prepare, package and quality-check customer orders before dispatch
- Pick, organise and prepare stock for daily production
- Receive, unload, check and safely store incoming deliveries
- Assist with stock counts and inventory management
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
- Work efficiently to meet daily production and dispatch deadlines
- Support general warehouse and production duties when required
- Follow company procedures and health and safety guidelines
About You

Previous experience in production, warehousing, printing, manufacturing or order fulfilment would be beneficial, but it is not essential. Full training and ongoing support will be provided to the right candidate.
