A Monger Limited, established in 1899, is a reputable construction company delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Construction Site Leader to oversee and manage all on-site works to the highest professional standards.
The Role - Construction Site Leader (Multi-Trade):
A hands-on leadership role responsible for managing day-to-day site operations across multiple trades. Strong bricklaying experience is essential alongside other construction skills. We are looking for the ability to coordinate projects, materials, and subcontractors while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain high standards of Bricklaying and other construction skills
· Lead and supervise site teams and subcontractors
· Work efficiently with the office to coordinate materials, labour and plant on site
· Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations
· Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
· Monitor progress and maintain project timelines
· Liaise well with clients, subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements
· Proven experience in construction site supervision and efficient team leadership
· Strong bricklaying background and relevant qualifications
· Good knowledge and experience of general construction processes
· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
· Full driving license required
