Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across our restaurant and takeaway. This role offers early morning hours, 9am-11am 5 days per week.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming of designated areas
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to high standards
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working order
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards to management promptly
Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Reliable with a professional attitude and good time management skills
